Prior to your court date, you may enter a plea by mail or in person during business hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at 62 South Aztec Cove Dr. Indian Lake, Tx 78566. For questions call 956.233.4021 Ext. 4

You must provide the court with your driving record. You can order your driving record from the Texas DPS at http://www.txdps.state.tx.us or by calling (512) 424-2000. you can also pick up an order form (DR-1) at your local DPS Driver’s License office.  Driver records Bureau: P.O. Box 149246, Austin, Tx. 78714.

Commercial Driver’s License: Neither Driving Safety Course nor Deferred Disposition is available for Commercial Driver License Holder.
