Building Permit

Beginning any work without a permit will result in a $500.00 fine per day.

All electrical or plumbing work must be done by a certified electrician or plumber. A copy of ID and License is required. Permits must be displayed on the worksite visible to auditors.

Allow up to two (2) weeks for permit approval and Inspection.

Fence building permits require a Survey.

All permits include a pre-inspection and a final inspection, every additional inspection has a cost of $30.00, that would need to be paid before the final inspection. Requested Urgent inspection $100.00, fee must be paid at the time of request.

If an inspection is required and Owner or contractor has not responded after the third (3rd) attempt permit may be revoked.
