New Utility Account:

  • Property has been inspected and has been approved to be safe to inhabit (Inspection by Town of Indian Lake Building Official ). 
  • Present a valid ID
  • Fill out the application 
  • Fees: $400.00 Refundable security deposit and $25.00 Non-refundable connection fee.
  • Allow 24 to 72 hours for a regular connection (More than 72 hours for new installations). 
  • All rentals must present the rental agreement (contract).
  • New owners must present a copy of the Deed.
